Shipping Policy
1. iPE (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “our”) delivers most of our products globally via DHL. Occasionally we will use other shipping companies depending on availability and shipping durations.
If the item ordered is in stock, with full payment received, shipping will usually take 2 - 4 weeks unless otherwise notified. Please note, we are not responsible for delays incurred after departure from our end.
2. In the event of a back-order, please note that shipping times may vary due to the production time. For further information, please contact our customer support via the website inquiry form.
3. Please note, there are restrictions in some countries/regions in which iPE products cannot be shipped. In the event of the above situation, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You are suggested to confirm with our sales representative on delivery availability before placing your order.
4. Shipping duration and product availability may vary due to COVID-19, climate and natural disasters.
5. All international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes. All charges incurred from the importation of products purchased from iPE shall be borne by the buyer. Any costs resulting from the refusal to import a product purchased through iPE may incur additional charges.
iPE Exhaust Shipping Policy
1. All in stock orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation and full payment. After the order is shipped out, we will update you with the tracking information.
2. Our primary method of shipment is via DHL, occasionally we will use other courier services depending on availability and delivery speed.
3. For exhaust products, please allow 5-10 business days for shipping, it may vary between shipping companies.
4. For exhaust products, in the event of a back-order situation, it may take 4 to 6 weeks. Please feel free to contact us via Email: support@ipeofficial.com in case you need any further information or need any assistance of information.
5. We cannot be responsible for delays due to the impact of COVID-19, weather conditions, and shipping availability. The shipping duration may vary.

7. We reserve the right to cancel any order. We also reserve the right to verify orders based on but not limited to the payment type, shipping and billing address information.
8. Please do not make any orders if you are not willing to wait for manufacturing or shipping times.
9. Customers are responsible for any charges related to duties & taxes that they receive while importing the goods. Each country may has different regulations concerning these charges.
10. Please note, shipping to P.O. boxes are not available.
