iPE Showcases Forged Magnesium Wheels and Exhaust Systems at SEMA 2025

At SEMA 2025 in Las Vegas, iPE returned to the global stage with a showcase centered on performance innovation, lightweight engineering, and design excellence. This year’s display highlighted iPE’s latest forged magnesium wheels and full exhaust systems with 3D-printed tips, presented on two standout builds: a Lamborghini Revuelto and a Porsche 911 (992) GT3RS.

Throughout the show, iPE’s booth drew strong attention from enthusiasts, builders, and industry professionals, offering a closer look at the brand’s continued commitment to pushing the limits of performance and craftsmanship.

Forged Magnesium Wheel Technology

A key focus at SEMA 2025 was iPE’s forged magnesium wheel lineup, engineered to significantly reduce unsprung weight while enhancing vehicle dynamics. Magnesium’s strength-to-weight advantage allows for improved handling, braking response, and overall driving feel, making it an ideal material for high-performance and track-focused applications.

The wheels on display reflected iPE’s motorsport-inspired approach, balancing structural integrity with refined design.

Porsche 911 (992) GT3RS — Supercar Experience

One of the featured vehicles was a Porsche 911 (992) GT3RS, presented by Supercar Experience. The car was fitted with gloss white MFP-06 forged magnesium wheels and a full iPE exhaust system with 3D-printed tips, complementing the GT3RS’s aggressive aerodynamics and track-oriented character. The combination of lightweight wheels and a high-performance exhaust made the GT3RS a focal point of the iPE display.

Lamborghini Revuelto — Creative Bespoke

Sharing the spotlight was a Lamborghini Revuelto, built in collaboration with Creative Bespoke. The Revuelto featured MFP-07 forged magnesium wheels along with a full iPE exhaust system with 3D-printed tips, demonstrating how advanced wheel and exhaust engineering can integrate seamlessly with next-generation supercar platforms. The build highlighted a balance of modern hybrid performance, bespoke styling, and distinctive sound.

Performance Exhaust Systems

Both showcars were equipped with full iPE exhaust systems featuring 3D-printed tips, allowing visitors to experience iPE’s approach to sound, performance, and precision engineering. Designed to enhance driving engagement while maintaining control and refinement, iPE exhaust systems remain a core element of the brand’s performance philosophy.

Looking Ahead

SEMA 2025 marked another milestone for iPE, reinforcing its presence in the global performance aftermarket and its dedication to innovation across wheels and exhaust systems. iPE looks forward to continuing collaborations with partners and builders while developing products that elevate both performance and design.
